Please join Penn Washington, the Penn Public Service and Policy Initiative (PSPI), and the Penn Engineering Green Team for a conversation on how leaders drive climate policy at the local, state, and federal levels. Former Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed, inaugural PSPI Impact Scholar at the University of Pennsylvania Stuart Weitzman School of Design, and former White House National Climate Advisor Ali Zaidi, Professor of Practice in the School of Engineering and Applied Science, will discuss the strategic tools that the most effective groups use to advance policy change. Learn about the data gaps at the local, state, and federal levels; who makes the best messengers; and how to effectively connect communities with policy leaders.
